What does “no server” mean?
The agent runs as an app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. You need no server of your own, no hosting project and no IT department. Agent profile, knowledge base and call logs live in the app — background services only help with setup, credit, push and optional online quality.
What does “no subscription” mean?
There is no contract and no monthly base fee. You buy units when you need them — your credit doesn't expire. 60 units are included free to start.
Which devices does the app run on?
The app is built for Apple devices and runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 26 or newer) as well as on the Mac — for example MacBook or MacBook Air.
Can I use our in-house LLM?
Yes. If your company runs its own language model, you can set it as the AI source in the app — your agent then answers from your own infrastructure instead of external providers.
What does a call minute cost?
In local mode 1 unit per minute, online 2 units (Standard) or 3 units (Premium). With the 450-unit package for 14.99 €, a local minute costs around 3 cents.
What about data protection?
The app uses no ad SDKs, no analytics trackers and shares no data for advertising. In local mode the AI model and voice run entirely on your device. All tiers are set up GDPR-compliant, developed in Germany.
