Does my credit expire?
No. Units remain until you use them. There's no monthly charge and no contract term.
Can I create several agents?
Yes. Each agent gets its own voice, language, knowledge base and, if you like, its own phone number — for example reception, support and an emergency line separately.
How does the agent know what to say?
You provide your website — Coolblack prepares services, hours, prices and FAQs as starting knowledge. You then extend or correct the knowledge base right in the app.
Does the agent work without internet?
Yes, in the “Local” tier: after a one-time download, AI model and voice run entirely on your device — 1 unit per minute, no call data in the cloud.
Can the agent work with our in-house LLM?
Yes. You can set your own language model as the AI source in the app — the agent then uses your infrastructure instead of external providers.
Can I try the app risk-free?
Yes. The download is free, 60 units of starting credit are included and you can test your agent right on the device — with no real calls or phone number.
